Terms of cooperation with the online platform for video consultations

1. General conditions for doctors and clients

The platform provides services for organising video consultations between doctors and clients, and maintains the operation and security of the system, ensuring the confidentiality and data security of both parties.
A doctor using the platform provides medical consultations within the scope of his/her specialisation and professional competence.
The client, by accepting the terms and conditions, accesses the medical services and undertakes to comply with the rules of use of the platform.

Physicians: In order to work on the platform, a physician must be registered, providing the necessary documents confirming qualifications, professional experience and the right to provide medical services. The platform reserves the right to verify the authenticity and relevance of the documents.
Clients: In order to receive counselling, the client must go through the registration procedure, providing personal and contact details. The Client agrees to the storage and processing of his/her data within the framework of the Platform's work.

Both parties undertake not to disclose the information obtained during the consultation process and to respect the requirements of confidentiality.
The Platform ensures data encryption and information protection, following the current legislation on personal data protection.

The doctor undertakes to advise clients exclusively within the limits of his/her professional competence and to follow the principles of medical ethics.
The doctor is responsible for the medical advice provided and undertakes to strictly comply with the requirements for the quality and safety of counselling.
The Platform is not responsible for the quality of medical care provided by the doctor. The doctor is independently responsible for the consequences of professional recommendations.

The practitioner undertakes to keep the consultation equipment available and operational and to monitor the stability of the internet connection.
The practitioner must respect the consultation time and notify the client and the platform of the need to reschedule if technical or other problems arise.

The physician agrees that the platform deducts a fee for providing access to clients and providing functionality.
Payments to doctors are made according to the established schedule to the specified details, provided that all the rules of the platform and the provisions of the contract are complied with.

The doctor accepts that clients can leave feedback and ratings on the platform and accepts the responsibility to improve the quality of advice if there are valid complaints.

The Client undertakes to use the platform solely for advice and not to take any action that may compromise the system or data security.
The Client is responsible for providing truthful and accurate information to the doctor, which is necessary for quality counselling.

The Client undertakes to pay for the services of the platform in a timely manner through the proposed payment methods.
The amount of payment is determined in accordance with the tariffs at the time of ordering the consultation. In case of cancellation or postponement of the consultation, the client is obliged to follow the rules of the platform for refund or rebooking to another session.

The client is aware that remote counselling may have limitations compared to a face-to-face examination and that the platform and the doctor are not responsible for the consequences of inadequate application of recommendations given without a full examination.
In case of an acute condition or the need for emergency care, the Client undertakes to go to a medical institution for a face-to-face examination.

The client has the right to leave honest reviews and rate the doctor, and undertakes not to disseminate false or distorted information.
The platform reserves the right to moderate reviews and not to publish blatantly negative or incorrect comments that violate the rules of ethics.

The contract shall become effective upon acceptance of the offer by both parties and shall remain in force until the parties declare cancellation in writing or stop using the platform.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the doctor's or client's access in the event of breach of terms and conditions, failure to respect confidentiality or identified abuse.

The Platform reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer contract by notifying both parties.
Continued use of the platform means agreement with the changes.

Disputes arising in the course of execution of this contract shall be resolved through negotiations.
In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the location of the platform.
